Advice to Management
This is a high paced/high speed company that may not be for everyone. Many negative reviews can be attributed to the rapid change that is often here. You will never feel stagnant in this work place, as ZipRecuriter has the ability to pivot and change as needed, without getting left behind the competitors. If you are looking for a rapidly growing company that adapts to its surroundings and competitors, to stay ahead, this is the work place for you. You will never be bored, and feel extremely accomplished day in and out!
