I worked at Zipfizz full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Management loves motivated employees who are extremely ambitious. So, if you want to turn a "Weekend" job into a more traditional 5 or 6 day a week job - you can.

    Cons

The product is good but it is the kind of product that can be easily overlooked and/or disregarded. Those who really make money with this company are those who are willing to hustle.

    Advice to Management

Decentralize your marketing approach and give more marketing power to your Regional Managers.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Zipfizz (Marietta, GA) in April 2017.

    Interview

Apply online. I received a call from a distracted hiring manager driving. I arrived to the "working interview" as a dress rehearsal. Depending on when you arrive, help buy supplied and set up the table. Proceed to watch the trainer and then deliver your own presentation (script provided). Go home if unable to deliver a great presentation, stay all day if satisfactory. The second day, be prepared to set up table and deliver the presentation on your own through out the day.

    Interview Questions

    • "Did you bring your ID card and 2nd form of ID for the hiring paper work?"   1 Answer
    • "Can you learn and present this script"   1 Answer
