Went through about 5-7 stages. A tideous process. Disappointing I didn't get the job. The reason given was related to my background. That should have been used to eliminate me loong ago and no need to go through the full process.
The roles was a seeking a specialist individual contributor but the interviews were structured for a manager overseeing a team.
Most interview questions were focused on scenarios based on the role without having much context.
Most interviewers seemed to have an unclear idea of the responsibilities of the role.InterviewWhat will you do keep senior executives engaged in their personal development.
