Zoës Kitchen – Why Work For Us?

Simply Mediterranean

Feel the Flavors of Life

Far away on a map but deliciously close at hand, lies the Mediterranean. A unique Region of the world wherelife radiates with goodness. The food is simple and honest. The lifestyle is fresh and vibrant. The experience is unforgettable.

Zoës Kitchen was born of this spirit.

Embark on a journey through the Mediterranean as we explore the foods, sights and sounds that make this corner of the world truly unique and endlessly inspiring. It's the perfect place to experience the little luxuries and traditions that make life rich.

undefinedWith more than 50 locations (and growing!), Zoës Kitchen believes in making a difference in the communities we call home. At Zoës, giving back to our communities is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. By partnering with schools and children's groups to celebrate the creative spirit of children and to raise funds.
  2. By on-site hosting or off-site catering of your fundraising event. Your neighborhood Zoës can partner with your nonprofit group to customize a fundraising package where a percentage of proceeds are donated to your cause.
  3. By providing the gift of Simple. Tasty. Fresh! Zoës Kitchen Gift Cards are available in various denominations for use at silent auctions and other special events to raise funds and help build awareness for your nonprofit organization.

At Zoës Kitchen, we place great value on our people, their hard work and their work-life balance. After all, a healthy, balanced lifestyle isn’t just part of our company philosophy; it’s a key element of living Mediterranean.

undefinedOur people are smart, dedicated and enthusiastic. They’re empowered to anticipate and respond to customer needs, and encouraged to set goals and seize opportunities for professional growth. Through Zoës University, our managers receive comprehensive training, and learn every aspect of the restaurant business.

For employees looking for a company with family values and high expectation-driven culture, Zoës offers exceptional benefits, bonus opportunities, meal privileges and schedules that support a healthy work-life balance. That includes no late nights!

If you can thrive in a strong team environment that inspires creativity, responsibility and fun, we can’t wait to meet you!

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Zoës Kitchen (Clover, SC) in May 2017.

I was contacted by phone, we set up a time and place for interview.we met and the Manager was engaging and comfortable to speak with. I was told there were more interviews and I would be contacted the beginning of the next week if chosen, obviously I was not . Very disappointed seemed like a Great Place to work and I think I would have loved the job.
