The leadership style of the executive team is all about trust and credibility and creating an environment where everyone feels valued.
Leaders do not hesitate to jump in and help if anyone encounters roadblocks.
The culture genuinely values work/life balance and treating employees as adults and valued contributors.
The company is privately-held and executive leadership has adopted a long-term vision. Leaders are not obsessively-focused on monthly or quarterly outcomes. This attitude from the top positively impacts how employees, clients and partners are treated.
There is tremendous upward mobility and advancement opportunity.

Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing.
I interviewed at Zoho (New York, NY) in January 2018.
First round was a written test fully based on aptitude and reasoning for about 2 hours. There were about 50 questions. The problems based on data interpretation(bar chart, pie chart), puzzle test, number series and some aptitude topics.
