I have been working at Zoopla full-time

    Pros

I have worked at Zoopla for 3 years and in that time have seen the company evolve significantly, they have big ambitions and I want to be a part of that. My salary and commission scheme are great, I work from home and have complete autonomy to run my territory like my own - be warned this is no easy ride though you only get back what you put in. I get numerous perks such as gym payments, private health, vouchers for coffee while on the road and my Manager is really inclusive. What I love the most though is that I have a voice, there is a genuine open door at every level to ensure that your opinion is heard and often acted upon ensuring that you feel valued as an employee and a person. The best company I have worked for in a very long time.

    Cons

The product team don't really have a lot of involvement with sales staff, products would be more effective if they involved sales from the outset.

    Advice to Management

Carry on with what you are doing, perhaps ensure that there is more direct contact between sales and product development.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zoopla (London, England (UK)) in January 2018.

    Interview

This company has been advertising the same role since January this year.

They ask you to complete a task and present it.

I attended three interviews and received very little feedback in return for my efforts.

Either they are holding out for a magical creature or they are simply fishing for ideas with no intention to hire.

    Not authentic.

    Avoid these time wasters.
