Opportunities for growth and cross training.

Communication and clarity from higher ups of what is happening with the company through major changes the company is going through.

Amazing, hands-on and engaging leadership that truly cares for employees and provides feedback for both improvements but also for a job well done. Non-leadership staff are all equally as amazing. Bridgepoint does a great job of bringing in great talent that adds to our company not only performance wise but are overall good people to be around and make work enjoyable.

Great working environment, lots of amenities with in the building for employee enjoyment (including a game room, full gym and cafeteria).

Also provides GREAT benefit options for healthcare, 401K and vacation.

Although communication from upper management is clear, change can always cause a sense of fear in the air.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zovio (San Diego, CA) in March 2017.

The recruiter I talked to was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. The interview process was transparent, methodical (in a good way), and very timely. First was a phone interview, then an in-person, and then a 'panel' interview (just with two people). No questions in particular caught me off guard. You do have to pass a background check, which shouldn't be an issue as long as you have nothing to hide.
