I worked at ZumBox full-time (Less than a year)
The people and culture were top notch - everyone had amazing work ethic and would pitch in to help out.
Morale was often an issue as we knew that we were fighting an uphill battle to gain product-market fit. Ultimately was a losing battle. Real shame, because it was a wonderful service.
Advice to Management
I guess it was just too early for it to be successful.
