    I have been working at a la mode full-time

    Pros

    I was a career job-hopper before I started my career at a la mode.

    There is a real sense of comradery here. The entire company seems focused on the uniform goal, with all departments working in a cohesive manner to accomplish it. Even though I've only worked here about 6 months, I am proud to be part of this team.

    The upper management are intelligent, humble, approachable, and incredibly competent.

    I have no plans of leaving this company. For the first time in my career, I feel as if there are better opportunities for me at my current job than in the open market.

    Cons

    Big, open floor plan with a lot going on. It feels as if the entire layout was designed for extroverts. Not many places to get a few minutes to yourself.
