    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at abhra (Denver, CO) in November 2012.

    Interview

I was hired through iTalent to work for an IT company. The interview process was seamless and easy, with consistent communication via phone and email. I interviewed over the phone, which wasn't odd for an IT company. The paperwork and follow-up for hiring was also quite seamless.

    Interview Questions

    • Why are you okay with being a contractor?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

I was offered more than I inititally even thought I'd get, so I just signed on the dotted line! I'm sure if you wanted to negotiate, it would be a little difficult though. These are contractor positions and allotted amounts are put forth prior to the hiring process.
