Pros
I'm very thankful to be part of a company that values the employees and allows working from home. The leadership team is great and keeps everyone informed with company updates. There are also many benefits/resources offered. I would honestly be happy staying here for the remainder of my career.

Interviewed for a mobile developer position. The interview was very general with no opportunities to showcase competency in the related field. The next stage was to complete a take-home project. Submitted a project that met the requirements using completely self-developed code, well-structured with accompanying unit tests, despite the provided option of using third party libraries.
