Pros
Company is moving in the right direction. Previous reviews reference poor decisions by upper management, but most of these are fixed.
Cons
Still work to be done BUT this is an opportunity for new employees to greatly affect the focus of the business
Advice to Management
Dont get comfortable in what you are used to. Look for new best practices from faster and more successful companies. Adopt them. Keep adopting and changing.

Interview
Phone screening, then face to face, then several skype interviews with HQ in Berlin. Everything was straight forward, and the company was very respectful. They asked a lot of questions and had me do a case study.
