His singular style, distinguished by its differentiating power, has helped build brands like Purina Cat Chow, U.S. Trust, Financial Times, Thomson Reuters, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Bacardi and Van Cleef & Arpels. Frank sits on the board of directors of the AAAA Creative Committee, The American Hospital of Paris Foundation, The Acting Company and the Children’s Hearing Institute, which honored him with the Jule Styne Humanitarian Award.

She is an inventive and action-oriented brand leader. Prior to AFG&, Dawn lead global accounts at agencies like Y&R and McCann Erickson, on lynchpin businesses like Colgate-Palmolive, Procter & Gamble, Capital One, Park Hyatt and MasterCard. Dawn currently serves as New Business Lead & Executive Group Managing Director across Latin America and North America on the brand portfolios for Nestlé Purina, Moet Hennessy and 21st Luxury.

    I have been working at afg& full-time (Less than a year)


    Coming out of college, finding the right company to start off your career is extremely vital. For some, it takes several stops in a short amount of time before they find the right fit. Luckily for me I got it right on the first try. AFG is the perfect company for someone trying to start their career in advertising. From the heartwarming people who genuinely care about you outside of the office, to the responsibility you are able to get right out of the gate, AFG has blown away my expectation of life in the workplace. It is extremely refreshing to know I can impact the company in a positive way all because of the trust my bosses have in me. If you want to learn as much as possible while having fun doing it AFG is the perfect place to be!

    I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at afg& (New York, NY).


    Most of the interns are international, so I get an interview through Skype. It was nice experience, very pleasant. I could feel the advertising atmosphere through the monitor. Interviewer was very kind and asking questions straight based to the company.
