Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at airSlate (United States)

Contacted by their recruiter, interviewed with about five members of their team, including leadership. I was asked to complete a project for them, which took me a few days to get done. Initially there was a lot of follow up and updates then I heard nothing back. Poor candidate experience after committing so much time.

Even a quick form rejection email would have made the experience a bit better.

Walk me through how you would approach marketing X audience.
