    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at apetito (Bath, England (UK)) in September 2016.

First was an informal talk with a Senior Engineer. Had a really good chat about what my views were on the future of renewable energies and then was asked a few competency questions. Nothing too difficult. The interview was around 1 hour long and I was informed if I did well I would proceed onto the second stage of the process which was another interview.
I received a call a few days later informing me that I had progressed onto the second stage. I travelled back down a few weeks later for my second interview where I had to prepare a twenty minute presentation about the future of industrial refrigeration. I arrived and presented my ideas to three people and after we talked about my CV and my online test results. I was then given a tour of the factory and was able to ask questions as I was going around.
