I have been working at bioTheranostics full-time (Less than a year)
Great benefits and nice co-workers that are knowledgeable and helpful.
Management need to change. They are not supportive of their team, more of a dictatorship. No room for growth in the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at bioTheranostics.
If you want to ace the interview, it is best if you know diagnostic testing, know oncology, at the least know the website. The hiring manager is not the sharpest but he knows the buzz words, especially from website. Ask questions.
