    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at bswift (Chicago, IL) in April 2015.

    Interview

I was internally referred and felt very hopeful after how well my phone interview went. However, at the on site interview I felt very talked down to by my interviewers and they had packets of generic interview questions they asked me(which the on site interview should have moved past the initial 'tell me generically about yourself' phase). I had received an interview itinerary with the names of my interviewers but when I got there it was completely different people interviewing me. I called after getting an email saying I didn't get the job, to ask for any constructive feedback and got a very generic answer that was not specific to my interview.
