I have been working at censhare full-time

    Pros

Management is not overwhelming or controlling. I am very aware of what is expected of me and I feel like I have the full support of those I work with. Easily the most comfortable working culture I've ever been a part of.

    Cons

Small team can make the workload overwhelming sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Don't lose sight of the importance of work/life balance as the company grows. Employees are more than resources for financial gain, they are people and people need balanced lives.

    IT Specialist Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Denver, CO

    Negative Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at censhare (Denver, CO).

    Interview

A series of unfocused Phone calls and Email exchanges with a recruiter who operates outside of the US. I had read the other GlassDoor reviews so I was prepared for a poor experience. The recruiter was very nice and polite but had me on speaker phone making her accent more difficult to deal with and we all know how terrible speaker phone sounds in general.

    Interview Questions

    • Exceptionally vague in regards to skill sets. The recruiter is nontechnical making answering questions difficult.   1 Answer
