Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

I applied online. I interviewed at data.world (TX) (United States)

    Interview

The phone screen and the first round of interviews afterward were done by the same person at two different times which makes it redundant. After the final interview, they said that I was not a good culture fit. Two months later, they reached back out asking if I were still interested in the job. I responded showing interest and followed up a couple of times. I got ghosted.

Why do you think you are a good fit? Can you tell me about a time when you have to prioritize tasks?
