defi SOLUTIONS is a rapidly growing Software as a Service (SaaS) company in north Texas. What started as an idea on a cocktail napkin has become a leader in its field. How we got here has taken a lot of work and not just from our amazing developers. Many people in different roles from Sales and Marketing to HR and Operations have made invaluable contributions to our success to date. Technology is what ties us together. Have never worked for a company with such a great culture . Teamwork if very important here. The people are amazing and very dedicated to the company. CEO and other executives have it figured out; "Treat your employees with respect and they will work hard for you!"

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at defi SOLUTIONS (Grapevine, TX) in February 2017.
I was hired by someone that I had previously worked with, so I didn't go through a standard interview processes. I had a phone screen to go over some basics and learn about the company. I was then brought in to go over the product and meet with the team.
