develop some vision. take some time and get to know your people - you have a lot of people with great experience who could help you drive the company's initiatives.

It was an on campus interview process it was a typical 3 round process First Group discussion. once I cleared it, followed an interview which lasted for about 30 minutes Being a fresher, questions were mostly based on the internship and other were based on the taken courses and concepts and few marketing questions. it also involved pseudo situation handling questions After clearing this round of interview followed another interview with higher principal manager This interview lasted for about an hour. questions included what if situations and tell us a time where your leadership skills are seen.
