Management treats team members fairly(As a friend) and compensation is equitable. They cares deeply about your career direction, and always pushes you to grow more, and to learn as much as possible. There are a lot of opportunities if you are able to step out and prove yourself. The culture is really unique and collaborative.
It's a really challenging environment! If you aren't prepared to push yourself, you'll get burned out.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at eDataForce in April 2014.
Hiring was through a referral and interview was thus arranged. During the interview, HR responsibilities were talked & discussed but later never realized. Contract speaks of HR Managers responsibilities but none are assigned.
