Managers who are more like mentors than big bad judges.

Unconventional management style that can be off-putting to the unprepared. The entrepreneur owners read lots of success books...and they expect you to want to do the same. Basically, being a do-my-work-and-go-home-employee is looked down upon. Constant personal development (reading on your own time/volunteering for overtime) is what's wanted.

    Advice to Management

You are the best Managers I've ever had. Instead of holding my financial problems against me..you sought to help me in any way you could so that I could get to work. I've never forgotten that.

I applied online. I interviewed at eFund Insurance.

Becoming Licensed as a Life Insurance Producer is required. So the phone screen was very easy questions--and advice about getting license. The longest part of the process was waiting 2 weeks to hear back from my state's licensing agency about whether my application was approved or not. Then 2 in person interviews with eFund managers (on the same day). That's it.
