Application
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at eGym (New York, NY) in July 2016.
Interview
I had three interviews with approximatively one week between each one. The first was with HR asking about my experience, why I'm applying to egym and some questions about java. It was very cool. The second was a coding test exercice to do offline dealing with Rest web service and unit testing. The last one was with the backend team where they presented themselves and gave me two live coding tests. I liked the company so much and that was approved more when I received the feedback about my application with advices on how to improve.
