Pros
The company culture has really started taking a turn for the better ever since newer Management came in. The office is not dead silent anymore and its beginning to have a fun start-up type vibe to it. Everyone has a voice and the ability to make very impactful changes to the company. A LOT of opportunity in terms of developing your skillset which is great, most likely if you are fresh out of college, or just looking to make a transition in your profession as you will most likely be wearing many hats. You get to travel around for conventions if you'd like, and be in the industry professional which has perks in itself.
Cons
Below market rate salary, benefits are very basic. Archaic and questionable HR practices, older staff and management is still unwilling to change which hinders the growth of the company. The office can still be pindrop silent at times when Marketing is not engaging in conversation. Lack of transparency in roles and communication sometimes makes me question what some people actually do in the office.

I received an email from the CEO and scheduled an interview time with him. On the day of the interview, we spoke a wide variety of things, from business planning and goals to future career potential for me, as well as company goals. In the end, I thought the CEO was a great person and looked forward to his response by email a few days later. The only reason why I declined was because the offer was a pay cut from what I was making at my previous job.InterviewWhat do you want out of this job?
