Wonderful solutions that provide a positive impact on our clients bottom line. Lifetime residuals and uncapped commissions provide excellent income potential. Plenty of opportunity for upward mobility in the organization. Management truly cares about your individual success and provides many resources to help hit your personal goals and desired income. Casual dress code and relaxed work environment. Great benefits, 401k matching, profit sharing, all major holidays off and plenty of PTO. The employees are fantastic and one of the companies biggest assets. Last but not least, the work sponsored events are incredibly fun and entertaining.
Base pay leaves a little to be desired. Sales reps wear many hats and are responsible for prospecting, presenting, closing, managing the account, and collecting. Communication between departments is sometimes lacking.
Advice to Management
Increasing base pay would go a long way to keep reps motivated as they grow their client base. Don't lose sight of the team members that played an integral role in the sustained growth and success we have today.
I applied online. I interviewed at eSolutions (Kansas City, MO) in August 2017.
Apply online than going through a phone interview. And if they really like you they bring you in for a face to face interview. They ask question about what you did at your previous job and how that could translate to the work you would be doing for them. I found the job on LinkedIn and it gave a pretty good description of what they are looking for and details of the job you are applying for.
