I have been working at eSolutions full-time (More than 3 years)
This is a company with record growth rates and compensates at or above the appropriate pay grade for the work being done. The decisions are made with the vision, mission, and core values in mind to sustain the anticipated growth. They promote from within and have diverse styles of managing. Corporate events are provided (not mandatory) for employees to attend and enjoy an evening out with friends/family. They provide tools to acquire the necessary information to do your job well and understand the business model.
With growth there will always be growing pains. This company was established with Midwest values and family ties which has its pros and cons when you need to scale as quickly as it has. People who value mom and pop cultures have a hard time adjusting to corporate environments. People who enjoy corporate environments have a hard time listening to “how things used to be”. The morale has taken a hit due to this perfect storm colliding.
Advice to Management
What can you do? Let go of the past, focus on the future. Fight for a culture where people have the best interest for the company in everything they do. Value the strengths each employee has to offer and eliminate the toxins.
I applied online. I interviewed at eSolutions (Kansas City, MO) in August 2017.
Apply online than going through a phone interview. And if they really like you they bring you in for a face to face interview. They ask question about what you did at your previous job and how that could translate to the work you would be doing for them. I found the job on LinkedIn and it gave a pretty good description of what they are looking for and details of the job you are applying for.
