Customer service lacks proper training, marketing needs to learn about how the platform works and lack of professional background
Advice to Management
With the current marketing team, I don't see a big room for the business to grow. The management probably should think twice about qualification for hire. Customer service needs more training about how to deal with negativity and different situations at work.
The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at eToro Online Trading (Tel Aviv-Yafo (Israel)).
First was a phone interview about 15 minutes , basic question about computers.
Then folowed by interview with team leader + test about basic computer knowledge .
The team leader promissed me to update me , it took more than month to receive an answer.
