    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO

I have been working at etailz full-time (More than 5 years)

    * Great People (Employees and Management) who Genuinely Care about each other
    * Good opportunities to help make an impact and effect change though sometimes it can take a lot of time and patience to see results (especially as the company has grown)
    * Pay gets more competitive with experience and consistent performance overtime
    * Great Work Life culture that allows for a fulfilling career that provides space to take care of life and family
    * Ability and willingness to make changes quickly (a bias for action)
    * leadership that is committed to growth, not afraid to take risks but also responsibility for miss-steps
    * Senior Leadership strives to be as transparent as possible while not being able to share all the information because we are publicly traded (we have regular all company meetings with AMA session at the end with the CEO)

    * Sometimes changes occur too quickly and without a lot of explanation which has caused confusion
    * There is a lot of potential and etailz has a lot of resources but sometimes our failure to properly execute has resulted in missed opportunities
    * Compensation could align better with etailz success: stock options, bonus structure based on company quarterly/yearly performance etc.

    Advice to Management

    * Continue to be available and listen to the team as we pivot
    * When rolling out big changes ensure that all teams (even those not directly effected) are aware and give as much of the why as possible (I think has improved recently)
    * Work to set clear (SMART) goals around opportunities to align effort throughout the company

    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at etailz (Spokane, WA) in August 2015.

Sat down with andrea at the Mckinstry building and had a very pleasant chat about not only the companies goals but my own as well. Made me feel like a team member before I was even hired. Got to talk with her about my previous experiences and how they may be applicable to the Wollnick's team now and in the future. Overall it was probably one of the easiest going interviews ive ever had which was nice. Having that friendly and open environment really helped sell the company to me.

    Interview Questions

    • Honestly my favorite question was the simplest one possible. Simply asking me if there was ANY questions I had about the company and its working. Its rules of being a "transparent" work environment is something they seem to live by and its fantastic   1 Answer
