Phone interview and online tech assessment. Phone interview was easy. They sought me out; I didn’t apply. The tech assessment had nothing to do with my skill set or interests. They didn’t give me any meaningful feedback, even though the tech assessment took several hours.They asked me to do a technical assessment about logistics.
