I have been working at fairlife full-time (Less than a year)
I started a couple of months ago and it was a great first day and honestly great couple of months. the person who helps you get started on the first day is very helpful and taught me a lot about the place, my trainer on the floor was great too.
My supervisor didn't seem fully in the know on everything about policies but they just started this year too I think
Advice to Management
Been just a couple of months and so many things have already changed.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at fairlife (Chicago, IL) in May 2017.
My interview process took about one month and I felt very comfortable throughout its duration. I had an initial screening phone call followed by a panel interview at the HQ in Chicago. The interview was conversational in nature, which allowed me to learn more about the vision of the company and get a good feel for the culture. All in all it was a very smooth process that made it an easy transition for me.
We are doing great things here at fairlife. Excited to support Warrior Dash! “Everyone at fairlife loves Warrior Dash because they do such a great job of promoting healthy lifestyles in fun ways, which goes hand in hand with what fairlife is all about,”
Ty, Kelly, and Chuck from the radio station 92.9FM in Michigan challenged everyone to create, collect, and send 100,000 thank you letters to our troops for the holiday season.
fairlife,LLC's EAC (Everyday Awesome Committee) in Coopersville, MI helped coordinate writing individual thank you letters to send to our troops overseas.
The entire plant had the opportunity to write out a thank you letter!
We are grateful for all that they do!
