I worked at goeasy full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I had a great US Director and he was extraordinary helpful. They would always set goals that made sense based on math. Very well organized. It's a shame the corporate side left the USA. Lots of room for growth if you are motivated.

    Cons

The only can was the first 2 Regional Managers. 1 was useless and the other was extremely clicky and used his position to quid pro quo female employees. But the upper echelon saw through both of them and they were removed from their position. Then life was awesome at Easyhome.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. You always took care of your people who were there for the company.

I applied online. I interviewed at goeasy (Austin, TX) in April 2014.

    Interview

Respond to the ad on Craigslist, email your resume, interview and hired, all inside of a few days. The manager who hired me said he looked at three resumes and interviewed two people.

    Interview Questions

    • Rent-to-Own isn't for everybody. This job has changed me a lot, especially the way I look at people. What makes you think you can handle that?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

I asked for $13 an hour, accepted $12 with the promise of a commission and raise in 90 days.
