Michael was named Chief Executive Officer of himagine solutions when the company was formed in August of 2014. Michael began his career in operations management and moved into more strategic roles related to partnerships, acquisition, new products and international market development. Prior to himagine Michael formed The Outsource Group, a provider of revenue cycle outsourcing services to hospitals, and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Among his many accomplishments, Michael received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2011 Central Midwest Award in the Health Care Services category. He holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Ramapo College of New Jersey, a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University, and a doctoral degree ABD in management from Webster University.
Russ is responsible for all client and revenue generating initiatives including sales and client management, as well as himagine's industry leading recruiting team. With over twenty-five years of executive sales, general management, new business development, marketing and operational experience in a variety of industries including telecommunication, software and renewable energy. He has a long track record of success in organizations ranging from large Fortune 100 companies to start ups. Most recently Russ served as CEO of a Texas based retail energy company which he grew from a start up to an industry leader in the Texas utility market. Russ holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a minor in finance from Creighton University.
Mark is himagine's Chief Financial Officer and has over 25 years of finance experience, including operational and financial management with key competencies in strategic planning, acquisitions and business integration leadership. Prior to joining himagine solutions Mark was Chief Financial Officer at the Outsource Group for nearly 9 years and had the same role with Spectrum Brands Home & Garden business, a $700 million consumer products company, where he was employed for over eight years. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from the University of St. Thomas and is a CPA.
As himagine's Chief Administrative Officer, Lisa plans and directs all aspects of the organization's human resource and compliance policies, objectives, and initiatives. Lisa has over 30 years of human resources experience; the last 10 leading the HR function within the health care industry. Prior to joining himagine solutions, Inc. Lisa was Chief Administrative Officer for The Outsource Group, a healthcare receivables management company, and was responsible for building and leading the human resources, compliance, payroll and training functions. Lisa launched and managed a successful human resources consulting practice for over 15 years prior to joining The Outsource Group. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri, as well as numerous certifications within the field.
As the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for himagine solutions Kevin is responsible for the overall IT infrastructure and application suite. Kevin brings over 20 years of IT experience in both the healthcare and manufacturing industries. His most recent experience included the Merger & Acquisition of Medco while working for Express Scripts in St. Louis from 2009 to 2014. He led the integration of the client base and insured on-time delivery and overall quality. He also spent over 10 years in the consumer products industry developing wholesaler and consumer IT strategies. Kevin holds two patents for IT innovations on mobile platforms. He received his Bachelor of Science from Bradley University and his MBA from Washington University.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Mike is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing all strategic and tactical marketing initiatives. Mike has over 20 years experience in senior marketing and sales roles with over half of that time spent in the healthcare space. Prior to joining himagine Mike headed up sales and marketing for a leading provider of revenue cycle software to hospital systems. Mike has held similar key roles in other organizations including The Outsource Group, Sanofi, and Mallinckrodt. Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University and his MBA from Washington University.

I applied online. I interviewed at himagine solutions in March 2017.
Himagines' endless wait and watch hiring process that started in March with a lengthy written assessment test and ludicrous, more than hour long phone assessment where coders are tested their codes’ memorization skills instead of coding skills. Despite all those assessments, no job was available. In each follow up query, the focus was on what a candidate cannot code and accomplish instead of what they could code and accomplish. If a candidate qualifies 11 coding skills out of 12, the missing one skill provides HIMagine recruiter an excuse for disqualifying candidate for the job. Who would not hire a candidate that meets all but one requirement? In my 12 years of coding jobs hiring experience, HIMagine was the most ridiculous company I have ever come across. They just waste people’s time with unnecessary assessments and preposterous excuses for the jobs that do not even exist.
