    Pros

    A lot of transparency within the team. As long as a question or challenge to management (all the way up the chain) comes with something to back it up - it will be considered seriously. Commitment, accountability, & intelligence are rewarded

    Cons

    Globally expanding presence means international teams sometimes have a hard time with each other's accents

    I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at iAdvize in February 2016.

    Interview

    The interview included three discussions with Int. Sales Manager, with Vice president, sales and HR. The interviews were all undertaken via Skype. The answer resulted promptly, a week after the final interview had been conducted.
