    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at iBASEt.

    Interview

Online application and very quick follow-up, non-scheduled phone call (which was missed). An email appear from the PM of this position a few hours later to draw my attention - office telephone line matched my missed call. I followed up with a telephone call directly to him. PM was glad I called him and said he needs to call me right back (ofcourse with others listening). Immediate call from him sounding slightly more professional and asked 2 technical questions - very blunt informal phone screen with no interest in fully vetting a technical individual. Just PM talked, nobody else but obviously # of people on the call. 7 minute waste of time phone call.
