I've worked at iBridge Solutions as a contract worker on two different occasions, and I have been truly pleased. The staff is amazing to work with and they are very open about the positions and salary ranges. They do everything they can to place you in a position that fits your background, skills and goals. I would highly recommend them if you are in search of a contract position.
I cannot think of any cons.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at iBridge Solutions, LLC (Saint Louis, MO).
iBridge doesn't really interview you. Instead, the recruiter just asks you simple questions about yourself and your previous work experience within the industry. Then they will rewrite your resume and apply you for different contract positions. You will get sent to different companies around the area to interview formally with them.
You're not able to negotiate before your contract signing. You want to make sure they submit you at a good price before you even allow them you submit your resume. Make sure you ask what the maximum salary is for each position.
