I have been working at iCIMS full-time (Less than a year)
The company culture and support from colleagues is extraordinary. I have never before had the opportunity to work within a culture that has such a strong focus on employee growth.
The only negative I ran into when I began with iCIMS was the focus on corporate training for the first week rather than role-specific training. Looking back that corporate knowledge turned out to be highly beneficial when working to navigate account issues.
Advice to Management
Perhaps include one day of training in the first week that is specific to the individuals role rather than all 5 days looking more at corporate structure.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at iCIMS.
Pretty straight forward - not curveballs or challenging questions. Overall, the interview process was very comfortable and everyone was quite engaging. It was clear that the interviewers had take the time to review my resume which was encouraging.
