“Working with the kids & staff during my time at iD Tech in Chicago & Santa Barbara was one of those things I'll cherish my whole life. It's not just about the technology... it's about learning what you're capable of doing, even if you put your mind to it just a little bit. It's about being inspired by others around you and never being done learning. It's about pushing through barriers and just believing in yourself. At iD Tech, I was able to reinforce those ideas for myself and continue to do so now.” - Antonio Aiello Education: Illinois Institute of Art Current Job: Senior UX Designer - Venmo iD Tech Experience: Worked at UCSB & Chicago for 2 years

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at iD Tech Camps (United States) in Dec 2022

My interview process with iD Tech was straightforward and about what I expected from my research. I was asked about my experience working with kids, my technical background, then I was asked to preform a mini lesson on a class I would like to teach at iD tech (and was being offered).

Q: If you had a class that was mixed in skill level (some beginners, some advanced) how would you keep both groups interested?
