iPerceptions offers interesting Voice of Customer and Intent Recognition solutions for a stable of well-respected brands. There are a number of good and professional people working here.

The boss's inappropriate conduct with his staff (Glassdoor does not permit elaboration). For those who value integrity, good judgment, character, and respect in leadership and with those they work with, or refer close friends to, let this be a caution. iP may be a good company but it's rotten at the top.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at iPerceptions (Montreal, QC (Canada)) in December 2015.

I was contacted by HR after six or seven weeks I've sent my application. I went to the interview with two senior managers. One of them was not ready for the interview. When I went into the room he was printing my CV (and he couldn't) so we started late.

    Interview Questions

    • Same questions you usually get from HR (weakness, strengths, etc.). This person seemed not to be sure about he was looking for. It seems to me they have a deep process related problem and don't know how to solve it, but they want the solution yesterday. We kept talking about that for a while, but it seems it didn't work out well   Answer Question
