I applied through an employee referral The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at iQuest Group (Cluj-Napoca) in Aug 2019

The interview with the HR was OK-ish. The girl was obviously new at the job and she kept writing things under the table, like she was hiding things. The technical interview was a bit lacking. They didn't gave any constructive feedback and one of the interviewer was looking like he was bored, snobbish with an air of superiority. I definitely felt like I don't belong there from the start. And that's OK. Even if I wasn't the right fit I believe that treating an interviewee with a little respect and empathy goes a long way. Overall I don't feel they are well prepared in this department.

Why do you want to work with us? Pretty standard question.

We are proudly powering one of the amazing light installations featured in Lights On Romania artwork circuit. It is enough for a single person to touch one panel and the installation will generate a ray of dim light. Imagine what a whole group of people could create by joining in at the same time. 😊
