    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at iSpace full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They have a good support staff and the pay half my medical (which is good for a contractor). They also provide a 401k.

    Cons

Your are still a contractor, but they do their best to make sure you feel appreciated (birthday cards, occasional parties, chocolate during the holidays, etc). This kind of stuff is not for me, but I am sure other people would like it.

    Advice to Management

It would be nice if this company offered career development to its contractors. You could focus on training that would benefit the company (Python, Js, Pearl, Etc). You would get paid more for our services and we would get paid more for our new skills.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at iSpace (El Segundo, CA) in March 2015.

    Interview

First they ask you to demonstrate how to code in iOS and android both java and xcode and you must sykpe this to show the manager. It is a great experience but make sure there is no disturbance so that way you feel comfortable. Dress appropriately. Then you will come in
