    Pros

iSpot has an innovative product that is being quickly adopted in the marketplace by disruptive brands that advertise on TV.

Team based environment where learning, individual growth and collaboration across departments is encouraged.

The team is focused on helping brands take control of and bring their advertising strategy in-house with a focus on improving their ROI on TV advertising by orders of magnitude.

    Cons

The company continues investing in innovation - new capabilities, processes and systems to support customer demand and therefore the product continues to rapidly evolve. In many cases, customers are not yet using the company's most advanced capabilities.

    Advice to Management

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at iSpot.tv (Bellevue, WA) in January 2016.

    Interview

Contacted first by a recruiter for a short phone interview. Then I had another short interview with a person in the same role and finally the potential boss of the position. The final interview was a 4-hour in-person interview where I met with additional team members and presented back scenarios they had me work on.
