I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at iTriage (Denver, CO) in June 2015.
Phone and then an onsite interview, which included some coding and a review. They seemed to want to find a combination of technical skills, motivation to learn and grow, and a good fit for the team. I liked that it was not just focused on technical questions, because I want to find a team where I will fit and be happy. The Innovation & Digital Products team is focused on building the simple, innovative consumer-centric experiences needed to achieve Aetna’s Vision 2020 toward building a healthier world. Over the past 18 months, we have taken important steps to shape our team and clarify roles we need to deliver on our strategy. The Denver digital teams are critical to our ability to quickly and creatively innovate on engaging consumer technology solutions that can really disrupt healthcare. Yaniv Kanfi, President of iTriage, will have expanded responsibility for the Member Central team.
Yaniv Kanfi has joined our team as President of iTriage. Yaniv will oversee all aspects of iTriage including software engineering, product management, marketing, public relations, sales, and account management. In addition to leading iTriage, Yaniv will have additional responsibility for leading Aetna’s enterprise digital strategy. Yaniv has 18 years of experience managing large multidisciplinary teams for top-tier digital agencies and international web-based companies.
