Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. Advice to ManagementN/A
I applied through an employee referral I interviewed at iVenture Solutions (United States) in Mar 2021
InterviewThrough a friend already working at iVenture, I was able to start the process with a screening conversation with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, Ryan. This was to explain the position and the interview process moving forward. From there, I had three calls with a Business Development Manager, Jeff. In a word, Jeff is the man. There was no skirting around a question, each of my interviews was completely transparent as to his thoughts on both my strengths and weaknesses. I can honestly say that the interview process with iVenture Solutions was far and away the most enjoyable and transparent I've ever had to opportunity to be a part of.
