I have been working at iconmobile full-time (Less than a year)

You'll be working with a lot of hardworking and talented individuals. Everyone pulls their own weight here and for the number of companies I've worked for in the last 10 years, everyone in this company seems to be very passionate about what they do and all work very hard to achieve the overall goal. The culture is great, they give you a lot of room to take control of your work but also give you the support you need. It's a great place to work and there's a lot of room to learn and grow.

Some long hours but that's about it.

    Project Manager Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Los Angeles, CA
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at iconmobile (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2015.

Applied online and was contacted that week for a phone screen. After the phone screen I was asked how quickly I could speak with the hiring manager. The day after the phone screen I spoke with the hiring manager and then was asked to come in-person the next day. The whole process was extremely rushed and I was forced to move things around on my calendar to accommodate them. After my two interviews and the 2 hour in-person I was told I would hear back yes/no within a few days. The hiring manager told me he loved my background and really would like to move forward with my profile. I heard nothing back for a week so I followed up and never got a response. After my initial follow-up one week after the in-person interview I shot them another email two weeks later, still nothing. I am so sick of this practice with companies and their hiring process. How disrespectful can you be? You are really so busy you can not take 30 seconds out of your day to shoot a response back to someone who took time off of work to meet with you? Overall very negative experience and I would not recommend anyone apply here.
