Pros
I've enjoyed my time at illi and find the people who work here are smart and respectful. I also appreciate the management group who respect their co-workers and provide support. They treat their employees very well.
Cons
It's hard to find many Cons. The people who think illi isn't good place to work haven't experienced many other places who don't treat their employees right like illi does. I had read the reviews on illi before applying & interviewing and was cautious but since joining them I believe those reviews were written by inexperienced people who clearly hadn't been out in the work force for very long.

They have you go in and fill out a paper application despite having already done it online and having a resume. Then I was ambushed with an accounting quiz. Then during the interview, I was asked trick questions. Definitely an irritating experienceInterviewWe have a tenant that has prepaid rent for the next month on accounts. How much revenue did we make for the month.
