    Senior Leadership focused on growing the company and landing more contracts by the day. Committed to developing talent from within, retaining, and promoting top talent on future contracts. Superior recruiting team - Susan Hamel in New England is one of the best recruiters in the industry period. The talent of the individuals I work with continues to impress me by the day and we learn from one another - the culture here focuses on learning and development.


    In the field we have numerous personnel to drive sales, but the help desk can be limited as they cover all contracts rather than one specifically so at times it's challenging to gain a correct response. The infrastructure internally for expenses, benefits, analytics, questions from the field could grow to accommodate the size of our sales forces.

    Advice to Management

    I have been nothing but impressed with everyone I've interacted with since joining Inventiv and Ive worked for 3 major pharmaceutical companies in my career in addition to another contract company - hands down Inventiv is the best! I would challenge management to keep growing the company, it would be amazing to take it public and have restricted stock shares as part of our compensation since all employees on every contract are committed to delivering on every promise to our clients. There is a development program for reps looking to become District Managers, but I also would like to see a development program for managers looking to become regional business directors.

    Very disappointed in the process. They tell you you'll receive an update and then go completely dark. Can understand if one didn't get the job, but leaving someone in the dark isn't the most professional way to go about it
