Its a small Company and everything is transparent. Directly get in touch with higher management.
Any issues can be directly taken to the CEO.
Benefits aren't that great. Company is ambitious in doing anything big. Just a body shop and nothing more. Being a small company and little more personal attention would be better.

1. Keep in touch with your employees on a regular basis at a personal level.
2. Motivate employees in taking up better opportunities and build their carreer.
