    Pros

    I have been with itelbpo for 4 years now. They stand behind their company values and live out those values every day. They believe in treating everyone like family. I know they will always have my back. Management is approachable as well and supportive. I am looking forward to many more years with itelbpo.

    Apply online, then they email you schedule for a skype interview with a recruiter. a lot of emailing back and forth. the recruiter was friendly and to the point. she didnt sugarcoat the position which is good.
