The company's product is of good quality. Staff should be confident to promote to potential customers. Work with people from multiple cultures. A good opportunity for speak to people across all levels in society.
Too many indian and nigerian staff. Mainly depend on migrants for sales target. Little training on front-line staff. A better performance review should be in place rather than just counting the sim card activation rate.
Advice to Management
Undertake better supervision of promotion staff and make sure they get the necessary resource to perform.

It was quite general and nothing specific. Interviewer just asked about your brief description and checked your speaking power and the confidence in your gesture, body language and voice.
