Paperwork like you wouldn't believe.... about 200 questions you need to answer for each deal sold. Learn everything from online tutorials which can be time consuming to start, nobody to really call for help, left on your own to the always busy tech desk.
Advice to Management
Change of Mgt too much. Make sure your newbies know the rules, get acquainted before a month has gone by. I didn't meet anybody in person for 2 weeks after starting. My 9 yr old son showed me how to use the Ipad
I applied online. I interviewed at kgb deals (Bethlehem, PA).
Basic questions regarding goals, expectations, previous experience. After in person interview, computer personality profile test. Answered all questions honestly, and asked about 10 questions myself to better understand the company.
